The Macallan faced a distinctive challenge as their partner, the Ritz Carlton, was launching the Ritz Carlton Yacht Club and required a standout feature activation. Tasked with creating a piece that embodied luxury and uniqueness, we set out to design and construct what would become the world’s most luxurious bar cart, accompanied by an exclusive service ritual, ensuring both elegance and functionality for professional bartenders.

Further, addressing a specific need for a pour ritual, we developed a custom pour experience to enhance white-glove service, designing a unique jigger stand and jigger to ensure precise pours without spillage, and integrating a  full diamond as a visual indicator for the proper dram pour. While guests awaited their pour, we provided a bespoke ice ball service, along with custom-designed booklets and video content for product education at their leisure. Each pour was commemorated with a personalized card indicating the ounces served, alongside a custom-branded leather coaster with the guest’s initials, all integrated within the cart’s design for an elevated, mobile activation experience.

Upon completing the fleet of carts, each tailored to the fleet of ships, our logistics team meticulously coordinated their hand delivery to locations worldwide, ensuring the seamless integration of this unique luxury experience.
